From September 21 to 22, 2009, the Drukpa Masters Venerable Drubpon Ngawang, His Eminence Tsaptrul Rinpoche and Lama Kunga were guests in the Hanseatic city.

On both days they gave teachings on "Meditation and Visualization". Thereby also the wish of many practitioners to be initiated into Guru Vajrasattva was fulfilled. In addition, on September 22nd, with the blessings of H.E. Tsaptrul Rinpoche and oNgawang, we celebrated a Shapten Life Release at the Elbe River for a long life of H.H.

Venerable Drubpon Ngawang is the European representative of the entire Drukpa Order. He is constantly working to spread the teachings of the Order throughout Europe. In 2007 he was elevated by H.H. the 12th Gyalwang Drukpa to the position of "Drubpon", which means "perfected master of spiritual practice". Learn more about him here.

S.E. Tsaptrul Rinpoche was enthroned at the age of nine as the fourth incarnation of the first Tsaptrul Rinpoche from the 17th century, and now heads Khampagar Monastery in Tibet. There, he fulfills numerous duties and is unceasingly engaged in the activities of the Drukpa Order.
