H.E. Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche and Drubpön Ngawang

H.E. Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche and Drubpön Ngawang

From March 1-3, the Buthanese yogi and Drukpa master H.E. Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche, together with Venerable Drubpon Ngawang Tenzin and Lama Sönam, graced our Hamburg center Druk Kunzig Ling.

On the first day H.E. spoke in the Hamburg Ethnological Museum about "Wisdom, Love and Compassion". We consider it a special coincidence that among the treasures of the museum is a precious statue of Tsangpa Gyare the 1st Gyalwang Drukpa.

The following two days, Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche blessed everyone with profound Mahamudra teachings. 75 people appeared alone to receive a Blessing Ceremony. Many of them came for empowerment at Chenresig, the Buddha of Boundless Compassion.

Gino Leineweber, freelance writer and chairman of the Buddhist Vihara e. V. Hamburg, conducted an interview with Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche during H.E.'s visit to Hamburg. Gino Leinweber has kindly made the transcript available to us. Here the complete Interwiev (PDF).
