Venerable Drubpon Ngawang Tenzin gave teachings on the prayer "The King of Aspiration Prayers" - one of the most important prayers of Vajrayana and Mahayana Buddhism - on March 29 and 30.
On the first day, Drubponla very carefully built up the explanations of this comprehensive text to enable us all to understand it well. Section by section he explained the meaning of the verses.

In particular, his detailed explanation of the 7 branches at the beginning of the prayer laid a valuable foundation and created much understanding of how important it is to create merit so that the unique aspirational prayers of this practice can be realized.
The second day began with his detailed explanation of the origins of this most excellent prayer, which unites the wishful prayers of Samantabhadra. The weekend was crowned by a festive Ganachakra and Yangtik practice dedicated to the well-being of all beings.

We are extremely grateful that we were able to gain this deep access to the prayer. Many thanks to Ven. Drubpon Ngawang Tenzin for the comprehensive teachings! Our thanks also go to Djigme Dordje who translated the teachings.
We are already looking forward to the prospect of a continuation on your next visit to our center!
