H. H. Gyalwang Drukpa as an ambassador of peace

Visit in challenging times:
At the invitation of the foundation Live To Love Germany His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa has come to Hamburg in light of the current refugee situation, the attacks in Paris and of climate change has come to Hamburg. At the center stood encounters with leaders of Hamburg to enter into dialogue and to discuss possible solutions.

Stations were the House of the future, the Übersee-Club and the World Future Council. At the beginning of the visit Gyalwang Drukpa met the actor Thando Walbaum from the television series "Good Times, Bad Times".

In the lecture at the Übersee-Club, he talked about cause and effect of the attacks in Paris and the movement of refugees. The Gyalwang Drukpa stressed that aid and action from compassion should be connected with wisdom. The Gyalwang Drukpa: "Nothing is impossible in this world, provided we stick together. Only together can we make the world a better place."
