Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo: "Mind and Matter"

The person

Jetsunma is a Buddhist nun who successfully fight for the right to education and spiritual development for nuns. On several requests by her master and other lamas she finally managed opening a nunnery in northern India. In February 2008, Tenzin Palmo was given the title of Jetsunma, which means Venerable Master, by His Holiness the 12th Gualwang Drukpa. It is a rare honour for a nun to receive this title.
