S. E. Drukpa Thuksey Rinpoche in Hamburg:
Teachings and Initiation in Tara

Thuksey Rinpoche has given extraordinarily profound teachings on Tara practice
at the Hamburger Drukpa center. In his inspiring words he has consistenly pointed
to the value of a pure motivation marked by compassion. This is the foundation of
a successful spiritual practice.

Drukpa Thuksey Rinpoche responded to the request of many for refuge in the Buddha,
Dharma and Sangha. These blessed days were then crowned with an initiation into the
Tara practice and a festive Ganachakra.

Thuksey Rinpoche is one of the most important Drukpa masters. In his previous incarnation he was the first teacher of His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa. Meanwhile Drukpa Rinpoche Thuksey again holds the spiritual and administrative management of the previously founded in Darjeeling by him Druk Sangag Choling monastery and is one of the mainstays of the Drukpa Lineage. He is responsible among other things for the award-winning green school "Druk Pema Karpo" in Ladakh.
